Frequently asked questions
What stays free?
Today's daily period in either rule profile, the first scenario of every situation, the penalty code sheet, every guide, the FAQ, your running totals by situation and the JSON export. No account is needed and nothing you enter leaves your browser.
What does Premium add?
Both rule profiles on every mode, every authored scenario and a new generated period on demand, live pace, full three period games, projection mode for clinics, the printable certificate of practice and the session history.
Is one purchase enough for a clinic night in projection mode?
Yes. Projection mode reads the calls to the room from the instructor's browser and trainees write on paper, so only the instructor's browser needs Premium. There are no trainee accounts.
Is the grading different in Premium?
No. Every rule, answer and mark is the same for everyone. Premium opens more periods and adds live pace, projection, the certificate and the history.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Rinkclock recognises your Premium on this device. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I already bought Premium on another browser or device, how do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with and access can be recovered from there.
